Chronokinetic Energy is generated by emotions.
Whenever I watch American Politics on television/the news, or something in the nature of Psy-Ops on TV, there is something about it that makes my blood boil... It makes me angry or upset. This anger generates Energy, and this Energy is neutral - the future use of this Energy determines the outcome, be it positive or negative.

Recently, I became upset over the nature of the SOPA legislation; that it would destroy websites like youtube.com because they embed videos, and SOPA is against that practice. So I generated Energy. Yesterday I played a Game of Chance with some friends, and nearly won it. (It was tied). I used CK-E 2x in playing the game; we were playing Monopoly and I only had 1 property, so I added 3 houses to it, then lured 2 people to land on it using CK-E and Telepathy. They both bankrupted. So the game was tied because of lack of time to complete the game that day.

Now though I am against software piracy, I am also against Over-legislation and the American Government's (whom I conquered in 1992 using CK-E) overuse of power in international regions like the Internet. Over-legislation is anti-freedom.
